Santina Ferlito
Santa Ferlito was born in Catania under the sign of Aquarius but lives in Aci Castello. She holds a degree in economics and is a high school mathematics teacher. She loves the visual arts and studied under Maestro Raiti in his studio, honing her painting skills to the point where she has had several exhibitions in the Catania area.
A lover of nature and greenery, in addition to teaching, she is involved in agriculture, managing a small family farm specializing in ancient Sicilian grains. Her passions and talents converge in her writing of poems and short stories, which resonate with an environmentalist undertone and a message of returning to one's roots, to one's homeland.
