The Greenstone APS secretariat will contact you via email to confirm the availability of the volume and provide the details for your contribution (via bank transfer or PayPal link). Please note that a fixed fee of €5 for tracked postal shipping within Italy will be added to the voluntary contribution covering printing costs (other international rates will be calculated upon request). Purpose and Legal Basis: Your personal data will be processed exclusively to manage your book request, to provide instructions regarding the contribution payment, and to fulfill any consequent legal and tax obligations. 3. Nature of Data Provision: The provision of data is optional; however, failure to provide it will make it impossible to process your request and ship the requested material. 4. Data Recipients: Your data will not be disclosed to the public and will not be transferred outside the European Union. Data may only be communicated to third parties strictly necessary for the material execution of the service (e.g., postal services or couriers for shipping the books). 5. Retention Period: Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the stated purposes and, in any case, no longer than the periods established by current civil and tax regulations. 6. Data Subject Rights: At any time, you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, or to object to its processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Requests must be addressed to the Data Controller via email. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
